IMMIGRATION COST FEES

At A1 Solicitors, we are transparent with our lawyer fees which are based upon a fixed fee structure, therefore all our prices for immigration matters are highlighted in the table below. The information is provided in accordance with the SRA Transparency Rules.

This price transparency information is provided to help you make an informed choice as to your legal provider and understand the services and prices for the legal areas we specialise in.

Please be aware our fees include an additional charge of 20% VAT and the table is a form of guidance where costs may be subject to change if there are alterations in your circumstances that require additional, substantial work.

A1 Solicitors offers professional legal service with reasonable fees for all types of immigration matter. We offer a transparent solicitor fee structure for visa services, legal advice, applications and court work.
All cases will be handled and reviewed by the Principal solicitor Faizza Abla.

Disbursements: All disbursements will need to be paid for separately in addition to the fees for our services. Examples of disbursements include home office/visa application fees, court application fees, postage, interpreting/translation services, medical reports fees, expert report fees, mileage/travel expenses etc. This is not an exhaustive list and is meant purely as a guide.

CHECKING SERVICE

We can also assist you in checking the documents of your immigration case and thoroughly evaluate your case with honesty. We advise clients whom are submitting applications to the Home Office or filing a notice of appeal to the First Tier Tribunal to get it checked by an experienced, qualified immigration solicitor for a higher chance of success in your applications. The fixed fee rate is £450.00 for a straightforward application.

SAME DAY SERVICE

We provide same day service whereby we will accompany you to the Home Office now called Premium Service Centres and will assist you in submitting your application and obtaining the grant of visa on the same day.

Our Policy : All legal fees must be paid upfront into our Client Account prior to us undertaking any casework . The Online Application will not be submitted unless a full payment is paid into the Firm’s Account.

The quoted fee  includes:

  • considering documents
  • attending on the client
  • taking their instructions and providing advice
  • preparing and submitting the application
  • advising the client on timelines and the outcome of their application

VAT

Charging VAT in relation to immigration matters can be complex as it may depend on where the client lives and what immigration permission they have. We will confirm whether VAT (at a rate of 20%) is payable once you instruct us and then we can work out if VAT is properly chargeable.

The fixed fee covers all key stages of the process, including initial advice, application preparation, document review, Drafting and submission to the Court ONLY.

The Fixed fee is nonrefundable and does not includes disbursements

such as Court fee, Tribunal fees , Home office fee, NHS surcharge fees, Barristers fee, Expert fee , interpreter cost ,translation cost and any other fees associated with the case and not part of the Fixed fee.

Any Home Office fees for making the application. You will pay this to the Home Office directly as part of the application process.

Where the Home Office refuse your application, advice and assistance in relation to any appeal

We cannot guarantee how long the Home Office will take to process your application. 

We will normally be able to submit this type of application within 4 weeks of you instructing us, but we will let you know at the earliest opportunity if it is likely to take longer than this.
